Issue
The council consists some of the biggest developers in NYC and NJ trying to tackle the problem of sky rocketing prices causing an alarming decline rate of home owners in the middle class and will become a more dire issue for the generations to come.

Solution
We held a few private meetings with developers, with over 30 years of experience, that have built over 300 buildings, with over 1 billion in sales to try to understand how to tackle this problem. - build costs.
To do a build, there's actually over 10 companies that have to get involved. And most of these are either Third party subcontractors, material resellers or people that don't have their own equipment. And with all these unaligned companies trying to maximize their own profit, it is hard to bring build costs down.

So the ADC has created a solution by creating an alliance with the largest material manufacturers, construction machinery owners and builders with their own team to cut out all the unnecessary third party costs to create affordable real estate.

All these like-minded, large companies acknowledge the rising prices in real estate and want to offer their experience and influence to give the opportunity to those without sufficient capital the ability to become a property owner.
Solution
Only with an alliance of companies of this magnitude, ADC was successfully able to implement a strategy to allow the public to participate in projects that can offer builds at 30% off market value, shorter build time and tailored strategies to maximize on equity gain. Builds that are already on the market by developers on the council will also get an additional discounted rate from 1-20%.
